Not only its perfectly located so you can easily access the touristic attractions by bus/metro/train but also, the personnel was very helpful, friendly and warm. As soon as I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which was nice of them. "It’s a 3-Star hotel but it should be a 4-star hotel. Everything was great! It a 5-minute walk from the metro which has a direct line to the airport. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And it is away from the busy touristy areas but still within close enough distance to get anywhere in Lisbon. "
