"We upgraded to a suite at the hotel, and it was totally worth it. The view from the room was impressive. A 180 degree of the city and the river from 58th floor was breath taking. The room was large and comfortable.
The hotel could offer better food options at the club level. However, the drink options were okay.
There were near by dining options as the hotel was close to several malls."
"Breakfast was good and can be better organized. My son saw a mouse jump over his foot running into the kitchen on the last day which is concerning. Rooms are well equipped but tight. Staff was cooperative but failed to deliver the laundry to room stating left a message to pickup from front desk, which was not convenient. Location was perfect, center of Nanjing rd easy to get in and out, minutes from metro station. Has an excellent spa on 4th floor. "
"Located at center of Shanghai, the hotel is a landmark and a celebrate to the city. I have stayed before and will surely stay again. Nothing to complain."
"If you’re booking through Expedia for 3 people it’s not guaranteed you will get a place for each person to sleep. My wife and I booked with our 17 year old son and was told it’s not guaranteed a rollaway bed will be provided and despite booking for 3 an extra charge was charged for the bed we did eventually get. AC isn’t great and TV did not work. Breakfast was good. "
"I wish I could give this 6 stars. The room we had was bigger than an average condo in Toronto. The breakfast was very elaborate. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is close to the old city, the cruise terminal and the sightseeing bus terminal."
