"I cannot recommend this hotel. It seems that the hotel sought to block my original review, which was just the first sentence. So, I’ll give a full review: this hotel was horrible, the staff at the front desk and concierge were rude and unwelcoming. The room was not very clean. The entrance to the hotel was built in such a way that didi drivers could not easily access it and consequently my spouse and I were forced to cross the street to enter or exit our car hire. The room was also cramped and the furniture was tired. Generally speaking this hotel and the staff were a major low point of my trip and represented a distinct abnormality when compared with every other hotel I stayed at. It does not surprise me that my original review was protested by this hotel despite it being just the single first sentence you see here - the individuals who manage this hotel do not seem to be willing to accept honest feedback. "

Also if you are using Didi or taxi the car has to use side entrance which can be pain for the driver to find. The Hotel is 8 min short walk to Yu Yuan Garden and just across line 10 metro too.
