Hotel is clean, has everything you need, shower was really spacious better than other hotels, feels new. Overall on my trip to japan this was the best hotel i stay in. Will definitely book here again without a doubt."

"Room was excellent (although we did notice some slight mould buildup around a vent), central Kyoto easy to get to and nice and close to the staion as well, overall was a great stay. The only downside we found was the breakfast selection in the morning was somewhat limited, but if you are looking to spend a few days in Kyoto this is a great hotel to do it at!"
