"Excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay because it's clean, welcoming, and great location - easy access to Universal studios, subway, and a lot of stores including drugstores. Their buffet breakfast and Welcome Lounge are top notch. The only thing that I wish they could offer is laundry."

"This hotel was within walking distance of universal studios and universal city walk. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only complaint is that there should be a change machine for the laundry room since the washers and dryers only accept 100 jpy coins."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Art Hotel. Our double room was spacious enough for two people and impeccably clean. The view from our room was amazing and especially beautiful at night. The hotel itself is luxurious. The lobby is beautifully decorated. It was also very convenient as the hotel was near so many stores and restaurants and Solaniwa Onsen. Definitely would stay here again!"

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent views and great amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything felt well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Universal Studios. Thank you for a fantastic experience!"
