great place to stay, the building itself is a history and not to mention the service, it's absolutely a gem! Easy access to station, as we are taking early morning flight to Stansted airport from Liverpool station.

Clean rooms

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Though we opted for the eco-friendliness program, i.e., our room was being cleaned once every 3 days, we could request for fresh towels, topping up of coffee station stuff and emptying of trash whenever we needed. Excellent service and pleasant front desk staff

Hotel is fairly new and modern. We had rooms facing the city and could see the shard. Rooms were quiet, surprisingly spacious and well cleaned daily. Staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was the same each day but it was a good hearty spread. Hotel is well connected by underground and bus services.
