Very clean hotel. Convenient, 15min walk to the Liverpool street station. It was great for us as we needed to get a train to Stansted Airport from there. E
This is a very clean hotel with large clean rooms. The staff is excellent as well. Its a few steps from Algate East Tube station so very convenient. The only issue is the immediate surrounding area of the hotel (walking towards White Chapel Station that is dirty and many homeless. Otherwise I highly recommend this Hotel. It is my 3rd stay.
Overall really enjoyed staying in this property. Location is fun and there are lots of great restaurants to try out and interesting areas to explore. Uniquely the reception was on the lower ground which required a little unexpected navigation with luggage but there is a lift so not too much of a problem. Rooms were a bit on the small side but hey it's london. Decor was fresh and room had kettle and good selection of teas. Room was clean and overall hotel was in a very good condition throughout. Staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. And it was refreshing to find staff willing to go the extra mile and think outside the box to make my stay as comfortable as possible. There are not many hotels all business who offer the level of service i experienced. Would stay again and highly recommend
