"The staff was very welcoming and helpful we had arrived 5 hrs early and was able to get us a room in an hour after we got there the hotel is clean and nice and is walking distance to Tiong Bahru Market where we practically ate every day great food great prices it was also close to a lot of places the subway Chinatown we took the bus as the bus stop was just right around the corner "

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."

The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."
