"Apartment was generally clean but the spa bath hadn't been cleaned so had to clean ot before using it. Q1 is supposed to be luxury but it's not any more. The pool was great but the spa and indoor pool fèlt like you were in a garage. It was pretty disorganised checking in and finding the entrance probably due to the ongoing construction."

"Everything was ok nice & clean I wished we can watch Netflix but it wasn’t available. One thing that made me laughed hard out in the shower was the shower head I tried to turn to cold water and the shower head fell off. However everything else was ok thank you I will definitely booked this place again soon. "

"Very nice room and Tia at reception was phenomenal! We arrived after exhausted and later than planned after hiking Lamington and were warmly received. Parking was tricky because our vehicle was oversized but she was very helpful (we ended up parking on the street for free and paid for a couple of hours the following morning via the city app). Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, tbh the pool looked dirty but could have been from the recent rain from the cyclone in the north."

"Friendly staff. Very clean appartment. Fully equipped with everything you need. Just starting to show its age but didn’t bother us. Nothing to worry about. Very close to tram stop. Only thing was construction next door but that’s not Artique fault "
