Hotels with Entertainment in Sonoma Valley

Excellent and friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable surroundings.

Arthur was fantastic at the recept. Nice they have microwave in room and open coffee, juice, water at reception. All these we miss in subseqient lodgings as we travel around California. P.s. we got an upgrade which really made the stay a difference.

The biggest pro of Andaz Napa is it's central location and well kept rooms. The biggest minus is they don't provide daily house keeping - not sure why though. They tell you this while you're checking in. However, when you're charging top dollar per night, this is something that should have been informed prior to booking the rooms, that too on non-reunfdable basis. When you pay $400 per night, you expect a full service hotel experience. This sadly leaves a lot more to be desired.
