"The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run)."

"It looked like they had just finished working in the room. There were metal shards on the desk and wood shavings/powder where they had drilled holes in the wall. The television would not turn off with the remote. There was a lot of construction noise. The staff that helped me at the front desk was so helpful and patient. I believe her name was Rozi. She had great customer service."

"Listen, I was under no illusions about signing up for a Spartan stay. But this was a little extreme. The building was unfinished, literally exposed to the elements here and there. The rooms were not initially designed to be rooms and had serious nooks and crannies you could see through from the outside. There was no way to lock your room if you didn't bring a lock of your own. I had to call a number to take a shower. Most of all, it stank and had loud music blaring to all hours of the night. I left before spending a single full night and so did at least three others, and the owner refunded less than a third of my money. This property is a scam."

"I arrived to the place little late like 11pm I did first phone call about parking there was no explain on the message after I parked I realized the door code wasn’t sent it to me but my room code I got confused I had issue to get in was stressful but I made another phone call and I finally got it. There was a party in the neighborhood it was super loud Latin music. thanks god I had ear plugs and I was tired I had no problem to fall asleep when I wake up 3am the music was still going on this was Saturday. Even tho there was some issue they picked up phone call right away and help us, room was clean"
