"JR神戸駅地下から近くて便利なホテルです。ハーバーランドやガス燈通りも歩いてすぐなので大好きなハーバーランドの夜景を見ることができ、良かったです。部屋の窓からは山側だったので駅のホームがすぐ下に見える位で眺望は期待できないかな。
施設は大浴場が思ってたより大きくてプールの様な細長い感じですが、とても入りやすく、シャワーブースもゆとりがありゆったりしてて使いやすい。ホテル全体は改装されてるので綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋も広くてベッドの寝心地が久しぶりに良かったです。
マイナス要因は朝食ビュッフェかな。3,800円にしては他のホテルに比べて種類が少ない。他のホテルに泊まった時の無料のビュッフェに近く個性はな いのが残念。スタッフの対応は悪くないです。あとはデスクに椅子がないのか不便なのと、コーヒーがインスタント。総合的には使いやすいホテルでよかったです。リピートありかなと思います。"
