"The AC kept shutting off during the night due to a faulty sensor and even when it is on, it doesn't seem to cool the room consistently. We are cold for 4 minutes and then go back to sweating. We had a maintenance person come see and it and there is no solution other than them repairing the unit, so I am told. The cleaning of the room was sub par at best . They moved our cups but didn't bother washing them and there was still coffee and wine in the bottomed the next day. The floor wasn't swept and the balcony was not addressed either. They did make the bed and replace the towels. These rooms are tiny. I have stayed at other Accor properties in Asia and this is the least enthusiastic greeting I have ever received as an All+ explorer member and Gold status holder. They seem to truly not care that we chose their property over others. The location is great. That's about the only highlight. The people at the front desk seem to be lacking training but the guy making sure you know how to use an elevator watches you like a hawk. "
