Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Fontainebleau Miami Beach

8/10 Good
"Overall, I had a nice stay. The staff, from the concierge to house keeping to the waiters/waitresses, were very attentive, professional & nice. My room was very clean & the view was phenomenal! There was a jacuzzi tub in my room but I didn't try it out this stay. As for the property maintenance, I stayed at the Tresor Tower which was just as beautiful & close to everything. The only thing I did not like was the outlet did not work in my bathroom so I could not curl or blow-dry my hair in the bathroom and the tall mirror near the TV does NOT have a light or outlet by it. So frustrating! And the bathroom door knob was broken. I was stuck in the bathroom until my sister could wiggle the knob from the outside to get me out! That was really scary! I had a work order put in but no one ever came to fix it. When I checked with the front desk about it, I was told that someone "closed" the ticket as if it was fixed. That was super frustrating also. Overall, dinner at Prime 54 was amazing! Lunch at Vida's was so good. Arkadia grill has yummy options as well. Lapis Spa was spectacular! I guess, for the price I expected an operational room. The electricians came on the day of check-out to fix the socket & fire shot everywhere. My sister & I left expeditiously & reported it so that if something was burned, we would not be blamed or charged."
