"Was under the impression it was a hotel when I booked but soon realised it was more of a hostel. Spoilt the experience"

"The beds for the children were terrible, nothing to stop the pillows falling off the bed and the mattress in to half's kept leaving a gap for the kids to fall in, and one mattress also slipped off on to floor. Cheap toilet paper kept making the toilet back up. Breakfast was good but encountered the most unhelpful staff at the buffet."

"Hotel was great! The only issues was the shaded on the window. They didn’t block the sun at all. The sun rises at 4:30 am here and doesn’t go down fully until 11pm. Also the smallest bathroom ever. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Europe and these were the smallest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Overall the a good hotel for the price!"

"I've stayed here several times and I've always been so impressed. This time I was disappointed, the check in was slow and disorganised, the room carpet hadn't been hoovered and the shower was leaking into the room. We didn't realise there was a leak till we got back after a concert and we were too tired to try and change rooms. I hope its just a blip because I love everything about this hotel. We did speak to the manager at check out so I hope they get it sorted. The bedding and towels were spotless and breakfast was banging."

"Lovely stay at the Dorsett, very friendly and helpful staff! Room was immaculate however the shower didn't fully close so water did leak a bit when taking a shower. And there was no bin bags in the bins so tea bags made a little mess! Alternative milk would have been appreciated in the room as I dont drink milk however this wasn't expected. Still a 10/10 stay perfect location for the o2 arena and would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
