"Staff were great! Exceptional service! Pool was right infront of the dining restaurant / checkin counter so a little strange placement there due to lack of privacy. Its a secluded resort so theres no shopping options but if youre opting to come here for a getaway, its worth it! Buggy service is available to take you between Angsana & Banyan Tree as well - theyre all under the same Banyan Group umbrella so its shared facilities! Theres pingpong, board games, a whole slew of daily activities i.e zumba / pool party, etc Managed to try breakfast @ Vista (a lot of options to choose), dinner at Treetops Restaurant (costed us about 1.1 mil rupiah for 2 pax) & Int Bbq Dinner @ Xana Beach Club (680,000/nett per pax excl. drinks) All in all, it was pretty worth it for a quick getaway! We reached around 6pm & spent about SGD$550 for 2 pax / 2D2N (excl. ferry tickets) - not too bad i suppose. "

"We are welcome by the team of friendly and smiling staffs from the resort. Billy helped to check us in and also shared the info of the resort to us. He even buggy us for around for a quick tour. We also went to nearby hawker for some local food and folowed by massage. Food was also good in the resort and we had a wonderful stay. "

"I stayed here for 5D4N and the staff service was impeccable and top notch ! Everywhere you go within the premise, the service staffers were all smiley and greeting you. Not a single scowl or unhappiness and they all seem so happy doing their work! For example… After they made our bed, they would give us something very personal and thoughtful like a message on the bed, complete with pretty origami using towels. See photos. In addition, during breakfasts, the server would come round with something special frlm the kitchen and asking you for constructive feedback, or just generally chatting with you on your home country. On the third day, we were served wonderful fruit tarts and I truly enjoyed it! Hence on the fourth day, I asked if I could have the fruit tart from the day before. The server told me he would check with the kitchen and 10min later, he came with 3 fruit tarts! Freshly baked to cater to my whims! How is this not good service? I love this hotel stay and would recommend to anyone ! "

"Simple and hassle free getaway for 3D2N. Do nothing but eat sleep and play. The games are mostly for 7 yrs and above. Nothing much for younger children or toddlers. Relaxing for parents, bring toys and prepare food for picky kids."
