Being a newly built hotel, everything from the elevators to the room fixtures felt top-tier and well-maintained. The staff team was extremely sweet with our children and always eager to assist with food delivery and taxi calls. Top marks for hospitality!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Thè HEM. The staff is kind and they are always smiling. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the rooftop pool with city views was the perfect way to end each day. The room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Their location is quiet in the alley but they are very near everything especially My Khe Beach We extended directly with us total 5 more nights."

"The room was fine, the location ok on our way to the airport. The pool area was kind of dirty. I was charged an extra 10$ for a extra bed for my kid even though I specified we only needes the room for day use. Were unflexible on check in time. Would not recommend because the serivce was not accomodating. But 3 stars because they did prepare a take away breakfast (which was well intentioned but not very good). Needs hospitality training."
