"I like the renovations, but the staff was rude across the board"

"The most disappointing stay in Vegas I’ve ever had. Spent well over 2 hours waiting in line to check in, first go was 45 mins without moving so left only to return later to spend more than 90 mins waiting in line to check in. Utterly ridiculous. It was chaotic with no direction or engagement from PH staff, just us all standing in line wondering what the heck was going on. Then to be greeted with attitude and a half baked “sorry for the wait” from the attendant was nothing short of disgraceful. No empathy whatsoever. We booked an upgraded Ultra room, space was good however was the most basic room I’ve ever seen - not even a pen and notepad. Room was not overly clean with clothing tags from previous residents in the room. Conditioner was completely empty as found on first shower. Advert on Hotels.com had incorrect amenities listed, no tea / coffee facilities. Again front desk said basically bad luck, go to Starbucks and pay (a small fortune). Family of 4 staying, however only 3 towels provided. Went to reception to request another, told it would be up to our room in 15 mins however still waiting an hour later. Needed a follow up phone call to get it eventually delivered. But wait, there is more. Car park pass from the large self park, which is a mile away from the hotel, did not work for the entire stay meaning we had to call the attendant each time we enter and exit. Nothing major in isolation, but just another thing that was poor. All up, what a horrible experience. "

"The room was not very clean, there was a pice of paper on the floor during all our stay, which means thy never clean that deep. Also, they did not remove the trash from the bins. Some of the staff was very mean to us, even when we tried to be nice. We realized internet was only for two, so I removed mine so my sister would use it, they told us we need to wait 24 hours and it did not work, we called and they nicely help tus get conected, the next the it did not work so I share my hotspot with her, then they charged and when we complained the said that was it and the person on the phone was very mean. Finally he made us go to the front desk and that person nicely removed the charges. I do not think I will visit that hotel again! Very expensive for little service included! "
