"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us...

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

"An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal.
