"The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "

"Amazing hotel all around! The location can't be beat, with the Sapa Station in the building, and everything is within walking distance including shopping and plenty of restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Best of all, it is an absolutely gorgeous building and our room was stunning.
