Room was clean and towels were clean too! I got an upgrade to my room which was awesome. All the staff there (especially the girl who spoke multiple languages) were very nice and helpful. You can tell that they go extra miles to help your stay comfortable. Amenities (unlimited coffee and water machine) were great! I mean I got more than I paid for! Soundproof was good too! I didn’t hear a thing at night. Would definitely stay there again when I visit next year!

Hotel Relax V is in the middle of the bustling city of Taipei. It is conveniently located near the MRT. In walking distance of multiple tourist attractions and several night markets. The staff super helpful and the hotel was incredibly clean.

Location : A budget hotel close to the main station. Within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in Taipei. Once you get the hang of the train stations and its exits, you'll find that this is easily one of the most accessible hotels in the area. The area has almost everything you need once you walk out of the door. A 7/11, Family Mart, cafes, food, etc. Also, I loved the view from my window. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

This is one of the last Hotel Relax chain near the Taipei main train station area. Although the room is considered small, it's perfect for solo traveler or couples to stay. I'll come back again if I visit Taipei in the future.

Staff friendly and helpful. Property centrally located i.e. five minutes walk to Taipei main station and close to many attractions, shopping and dining options. 24 hour coffee, lattes, espresso, warm milk, filtered water, microwave, laundry, etc. Room was compact but clean, modern with warm water bidet and numerous English TV channels. Great value and would definitely stay here again
