From the very start we had a great stay here. All reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was of good size, comfortable beds, great shower, fast wifi, mini fridge in the room, very minimal noise from other guests or outside. The hotel is next to a 24 hour Carrefour for all your shopping needs and is only a few minutes walk from Ximending train station, night markets and walking district If the price is good again this will be my new place to always stay when in Taipei

For the price that you are paying, was a pleasant stay. Not too far of a walk from the metro and bus stops. Also safe walking distance from the main shopping areas. 24 hour grocery store next door, bank with 24 hour atm also within the same block. Food is pretty much everywhere.

The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The place is accessible and there is a very good resto nearby that serve high quality food. Thou hotel is old and sometimes you can hear the other guest from the other room or from the alley. but overall, we have a very good stay

Nice hotel

Hotel is located at a convenient location to XMD. Only drawback is the front door has a short flight of stairs which is inconvenient for elderly people to climb up & down. However, the reception service is great & helpful. Only drawback is the hotel is slightly old but room is well-kept & clean.

Overall it is OK, the location is very good, near the shopping and dinning area, and in walking distance to the Metro station, the bed is comfy, big room size and big bathroom, and there is a balcony can hang your washing., but the furniture are bit dated and the computer downstairs is super slow and out of date.

The hotel was very different from the pictures in their website. It was old ; the reception area was very small. The beds were very low; the shower curtain smelled musty. The safe deposit box was not working; the clothes cabinet was small. The staff was very nice and the beds were cleaned; the room was cleaned everyday

Generally okay

Hotel is generally ok in a fairly nice location. Walk to the nearest MTR exit (Ximen Station exit 6) is about 5 minutes. A 24 hours grocery is right next door with a number of food places around. 7/11 and family mart are also nearby. However there is no ramp going inside the hotel. You have to take about 6 steps up to get in. Mot very convenient if carrying heavy luggages.
