Nice place to vacate!

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

It was really affordable. Home away from home, the only problem was no room service, Water apart from the two complimentary bottles we have to purchase.

Fantastic location, walkable to the main malls with some good food nearby. Recommended stay.

Amazing location.ln the heart of shopping n massage paour n hair dressers. Restaurant a stone throw n many amenities.

Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

Located in a quiet place. There are taxis waiting outside. Wifi was good. Our 2 units of 1 bedroom were upgraded to a 3-bedroom & a 2-bedroom. That was extravagant! Quiet corridor. Quiet surrounding. Far from busy streets outside. Breakfast was good, located on 48th floor with a good view. Gym was located on 48th & 5th floor. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Reception was polite, prompt & efficient. We couldn’t log in to wifi but was rectified within 5 minutes. My guests were happy...
