"Standard room was way too small, you could barely get through between the the bed and the walls. I booked 2 rooms 5 adults, even paid for the kid as an adult and requested a connecting or side by side since its a family trip for my birthday. I managed hotels for a living, I thought customer care training so I am aware of hotel policies that’s why I even called to mention my request. But this property do not understand anything about “making guest happy” we were put 7doors away from each other of which both rooms has connecting doors. I even told them we would take one single and one double rooms. But they were not willing to do that. They offered executive room for additional fee. Amenities…? They operate like it’s a “motel6” that you had to basically beg for what you need, it’s almost embarrassing to ask."

"Staff unhelpful. Canceled 1 room through Expedia. They contacted the hotel multiple times without a response. I contacted them as well with other questions and no response. Booked an executive suite for the family and they tried putting them in a sub standard room with a broken TV. After contacting the front desk, they were moved into the suite later that night. Manager refused to help or give a credit because it was booked through Expedia. Not a trustworthy property."

"The location was convenient, very close to the airport and only few minutes to shopping malls. The place was very spacious, clean. The bad side: -This place was so hard to find, their navigation was messed up. It took us two hours to find this place. -There was no way to contact the host, no numbers to call, no email address was given. -The entrance was stinky, there might be a sewer nearby. -Bins were full and very foul, just very close to our room. -Beds were squeaking every movement you make. -One of the bathrooms had a foul smell coming from the drain. -Since this place is close to the airport, be prepared to carry with you an earplugs for sleeping. The good side: -The place was very clean and neatly organized. -Bathrooms were clean and comfortable and relaxing. -The room was very spacious if you have children with you. -Staffs were extremely nice and hospitable. -We felt relaxed during our stay."
