Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean . Staff was nice wasn’t a fan of the room service breakfast but the jasmine restaurant they have was amazing !!!! The preferred club grotto restaurant was great the beach club was fun. Be sure to leave the resort go explore. Don’t rent a car. Cabs are pricey but who cares your in tulum"

"My husband and I stayed at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and we would highly recommend! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, our butler team was very attentive to all of our questions and requests, and the resort was clean and calm. We really enjoyed having access to so many different restaurants - it never felt like we were stuck eating the same thing as it sometimes can at all inclusives. We were very happy with our stay and would like to go back to this resort!"

"Barcelo Maya Riviera is hands down our favorite of all inclusive resorts! We stayed in May and again last week. The service is wonderful, rooms lovely and large. Excellent AC and wifi. Plenty of restaurant options. We ate twice at other hotel restaurants( on the Barcelo resort)… but prefer the ones onsite at the Adults only Riviera section. The seaweed was much better contained and cleaned this trip. The pools were very nice… a bit warm though (90-93 F) However, the pool beside the MusicBar was 86 F…. noticeably more refreshing. it has been very hot so far this summer. The only downside to this resort is the distance from the airport (50 mins without traffic). BUT it’s worth it! We will return again and again!"

"I had an amazing stay and would recommend this resort to anyone! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully maintained with gorgeous greenery. My favorite restaurants were Bazaar and Carnal. Although the main beach was closed because of seaweed, we found a swimmable beach by walking left toward the spa. The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. Before we even arrived, Victor from Guest Services was incredibly responsive, patiently answered all of my questions through the app, and even checked in on us during our stay. Brandon made check-in quick and welcoming, explaining everything clearly and greeting us with welcome drinks. Our personal concierge, Alfred, was exceptional. He booked our restaurant reservations, checked in with us daily, gave wake-up calls, and always made us feel genuinely cared for. Jharys, our building concierge, made luggage pickup and drop-off effortless and even arranged a complimentary spa visit that was perfect after a few sunburns. At the spa, Gerrado made our hydrotherapy experience relaxing and fun by explaining every step and ending with a refreshing facial. Finally, a huge thank you to Mervin and Saulo for their outstanding service at dinner. They were attentive, kept our drinks full, surprised us with complimentary champagne and chocolates, and made every meal memorable. Thank you all for making our vacation so special!"

"AMAZING! All of the locals know this is the best Secrets. Staff was amazing and gave no issues. The food was great and there was plenty to do to relax and to party/have fun. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I plan to come back soon!"
