"Hotel was immaculately clean and great location, easy to find. The room was great, clean and had a balcony with a great view. Room service was quick and the breakfast was great. I didn’t find the staff at all friendly, they were very blunt, no eye contact and not polite."

"A phenomenal stay! So peaceful, which is amazing because there is active construction work going on outside. Couldn’t hear a thing with the window closed and was high up enough to still enjoy the fresh air with the window open. Lovely views. A home away from home. The place was so spotless. Made me feel comfortable immediately. Everything worked. Bathroom was spotless. Water was a little lukewarm but I find this in hotels depending on the time. Not an issue for me personally. Another note, is that there wasn’t a lock on the back of the door. I still felt very safe irrespective of this but for additional peace of mind I think this will be a good addition. Door is keycard access only. Didn’t use it but I visited the laundry room and this too was spotless! 100% will be back. A beautiful ApartHotel. Everyone was friendly and informative. Sam was a diamond upon checkout! :) Roof terrace was lovely too! The attention to detail here is felt from the moment you step into the lobby, get into the lift and into your room. "The Internet was fine but had to keep signing in. Staff were fine. Room was very dated. More like student accommodation than a hotel room. Single room but still could have been cosier. "

"Prime location, loads of activities to do like indoor swimming pool, gym, cinema, and games room. The view from 20th floor seating area was wonderful. Even though the room was small but it had everything we needed."

"Perfect for our family, 3 children & 4 adults (booked two rooms). Ideal kitchen for stay in meals, grocery store 10 minute walk. Tube 10 minute walk and bus line 5 minutes walk. Nice view from balcony. 10 minutes away from Big Ben by Tube."

"Plenty of car parking when we arrive around 6.30pm. Friendly reception staff who were very informative. Room very clean and plenty of amenities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. "
