"The hotel is clean with friendly and warm staff. It's conveniently located near public transportation, and quiet due to its distance from major tourist activities. They could offer a more varied breakfast menu."
"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.
Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.
This is my only criticism "

"This was my fourth visit to Novotel Canary Wharf, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. My only regret was not staying longer.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly valued. TJ at reception greeted me warmly and answered every question with ease, while Kevin came to my rescue when I dropped my ring in the sink- his kindness and patience were greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was a daily highlight- not only for the breathtaking panoramic views, but also for Barbara’s attentive and friendly service.
The facilities are excellent. I made full use of the gym each day, returning to a spotless room with fresh towels, a neatly made bed, and a fridge stocked with water.
My last evening was unforgettable at Bōkan, thanks to Lee, and Alex C., who crafted exceptional cocktails as the sun set over the city. The rooftop terrace is an absolute must for drinks and a view, while also offering a welcoming and comfortable space for those dining alone.
Novotel Canary Wharf continues to deliver comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I look forward to returning- next time for longer."
"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."
"Dean from reception was so lovely & welcoming from the moment we arrived.
It was a shame the bed was very uncomfortable in the room & the tv options were limited as much of the channels didn't work. "
"Incredible find in a tourist area that is full of activities. I rate the IBIS London Excel Docklands 5 Stars. My room is equipped with an Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, bath robe, full size towel, rain shower, window that overlooks the river, king bed, extra pillow, and big screen TV. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions and the water. It has a bar, restaurant and security system in house. All for under 100 pounds per night! "
