"Excellent place to detach from the outside world. So quiet and peaceful. My girlfriends and I used this resort as a respite in our otherwise busy Bali visit. We chose to get massages. They had other options that we do not avail ourselves of. It rained everyday and it was so magical with the view of the rice fields and the tropical landscape, relaxing on our patio enjoying the sounds and smells. We also relaxed by the pool most of one day, very rejuvenating."

"The view was something I couldn’t get over, even on the last day I sat in bed and watched the view in awe. OMG was every second word out of our mouths, the view was the most insanely beautiful I have ever seen. The staff were accommodating & made sure every request was attended to without fuss or hassle. There are a small number of villas (only 8) so every cent made a difference. The shower is open & outside in the Santai villa with working rice fields in view so you need to be ok getting naked in nature with people in the distance working. We had clear skies every day so I’m not sure what it would be like if there was rain / thunderstorms. Be prepared, there is no aircon so if you need a cold room to sleep this may not be for you. In saying that, weather is so much cooler in the mountains so it’s easily manageable depending on time of year. It is isolated in contrast to Canggu etc so ensure you have snacks and drinks to enjoy the view, especially at sunset. You can order most things you need though and prices are reasonable, especially considering the isolation & incredible view, they also bring it to your villa quickly. In saying that, ensure you have WhatsApp (like everywhere in Bali) and an eSIM or phone reception so you can communicate with Camaya staff. Bonfire, laying on pillows in the net for sunset / sunrise & bespoke dining a must. Breakfast incl and recommend having in room & also restaurant if you have time for both."

"The resort has overmet all our expectations. Really all of them. The architecture and color design is very modern and meets fully our taste. The Villa (one room) was excellent. Very spacy and comfortable. One highlight is that you step out on the terrace and are able to swim to the pool bar. The stuff is very, very friendly, always smiling, always at hand when needed. They are acting immediately when needed. The breakfast was included into our booking and this is another highlight. There aere so many selections, that it never gets bored. The basis is a bowl of fresh cut fruits, a basked with bakery stuff, toast and bred and butter and marmelade. We mostly relaxed and ate more than necessary, I mean it in a good way. The restaurant and bar is open, but under the roof, you always feel as having a meal at the ocean, which is really, really southing. Overall the stay was fantastic and it was not easy for us to leave the paradise. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have relaxed and luxury times at the ocean."

"Beautiful surroundings close to nature with views of the mountains and ricefields. The rooms were constructed from recycled wood and tastefully decorated. Within the resort there are beautiful plants and flowers within the garden beds. The staff were very friendly and happy to help in any way. The breakfast was a'la carte with a variety of choices ,a bread/pastry basket was presented first with your tea or coffee. The open air restaurant uses locally resourced ingredients. The meals were beautifully presented and tasted just as good. They also offer many activities eg. spa, yoga, cooking class, canang Sari making. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing accomadation in Sidemen I highly recommend to stay here. Thank you to Sandi and all your staff for a memorable stay"

"The room has the perfect view of the animals, and you get to feed them with the food provided by the hotel. Imagine swimming next to Rhinos! The safari itself was a jewel, did not have enough time to explore the whole resort but I was able to see the elephant and tiger show, and I also did the night feeding, definitely a tremendous experience.
