"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.

"Absolutely loved this hotel, sadly only stayed a couple of nights. The location is stunning and it's the perfect location to relax by the infinity pool. The food at the restaurant is amazing too and there is happy hour between 5-6pm every day with delicious cocktails that can be enjoyed by the pool. It feels very luxurious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I suppose the only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers if the hotel is busy, and the WiFi can be a bit patchy. "We loved the feel of this place with spacious corridors and large verandah seats overlooking the harbour. The kids loved the deep swimming pool with windows on the side. The restaurant had delicious meals and the staff was lovely."
