"Our stay was very nice and pleasant. The best breakfast buffet we ever experienced. There were many varieties of food to choose from. The staff, they were all courteous and polite. The room was small, but it was quiet and clean. Onsen was never crowded. We enjoyed it with perfect temperature. Highly recommend this hotel, but especially for breakfast buffet!"

"The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff was nice and helpful ."

I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of all the noise. I would not recommend this place if you want a hotel to sleep in. It is close to station and foods but nothing else is good about this place. "
