"Our stay was comfortable after long tours. The staff are all amazing. Shiori was extremely helpful, above and beyond. My husband forgot his hiking boots when we checked out. We contacted the hotel, and they responded immediately. They had the shoes mailed to our hotel in Tokyo, and even sent a message and stamped booklet with the shoes."

"Very nice spacious hotel. Close to nakasu river where the yatai (food) stalls are located. Hotel is also attached to a shopping mall - very convenient. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room was good size. The master lighting control for all lights in the room was a bit challenging, located only on one side of bed. Should have separate control for each side of bed, especially reading lamp. We had a great stay, walked everywhere."

"Enjoyed my stay! Very small room so happy I was solo and it wasn’t for too long, but that was exactly as expected. Staff were very helpful, I was even able to weigh my luggage in the lobby. Laundry is available on the 4th and 7th floors, and you either have to pay with exact change (with only 100, 500 yen coins) or download an app so you can pay with your phone, but it worked well once I figured that out. Location also super convenient. About a 10 min walk from any subway stops, and in the middle of a super cool area with a couple convenience stores less than a block away. Would recommend and would stay there again!"

"We had a room for 3 adults for 6 nights. Price booked was a great deal! We try to book Tokyu Stay whenever we can because we love the in-room washer/dryer unit. This room at Fukuoka-Tenjin was an excellent size. We loved the ledges all around the room to put small items. Fridge was a good size. Location was great; walkable for many things we wanted to do and Hakata Station was just an 11 minute subway ride away (including walking). We had a misunderstanding with a restaurant booking, but the staff were all helpful and gave us complimentary breakfast the next day. Breakfast had a variety of Western and Asian choices. Would definitely recommend!"
