"Good location. Entrance to Gion Metro is 35 steps from the front door. On returning use exit 5 but keep in mind the steps are very steep. Accommodations are APA standard, very small rooms and modest Japanese breakfast buffet is a good value. I've stayed here before and will come back on my next trip."

"The hotel feels a bit aged, but it is in a very convenient location. VIP access includes free parking; however, we had to bring it up myself to avoid being charged. The experience would be improved if the staff could proactively check on parking and briefly introduce the VIP perks during check-in. Overall, the experience was ok, suitable for couples or a family trip."

"Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms."
