"My stay at the Hyatt was nothing short of amazing. Every employee we encountered had excellent customer service, so friendly and so helpful. The common areas and the room were extremely clean, no complaints. The view from our ocean view room was phenomenal. The pool on the 14th floor was beautiful. Gorgeous views and the temperature of the water was perfect. It was our first vacation with our 7 month old baby and everything was perfect. The check-in staff gave him a toy, the bellman told us the nearest store to get diapers without me asking, the lifeguards and pool staff were so accommodating. The area is very nice and perfectly located. Everything in Bocagrande is close by and walkable, and a ride to the Centro Histórico is less than 10 minutes. Loved everything about our stay and looking forward to coming back! "

"The room was spacious and extra clean. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast, which was included, was amazing. The property itself is gorgeous. Plenty of pools and outdoor space so you never feel over crowed. Overall i would stay again in a heartbeat. "
