"We had a lovely one night stay in one of the feature rooms which had a very large four poster bed. The room itself was a good size. The bathroom was small but had everything that was necessary. The bed was very comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast was good and the full English was just the right size. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again. "

"Loved my one-night Sunday stay here with my sister. Our twin room was very comfy. Enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the gorgeous gardens. They obviously had more guests than they were staffed for in the restaurant. We really enjoyed our relaxed evening meal, but a lot of other guests were moaning and breakfast the next morning was shambolic. I must mention quite how wonderful the maintenance staff were when I realised that my electric car battery had drained completely overnight. They don't have a charger and mobile reception is poor. The staff helped me to start charging the battery, which involved googling how to gain access to the boot, charging cable and charging port by activating the secret sequence of button presses to unlock the car when it did not respond to the key."

"A very convenient base for a short break visiting family and friends, and for business meetings in south east Hampshire. Excellent location close to motorway and rail network. Staff helpful, parking facilities great. The hotel is in need of some modernisation but the rooms and facilities were clean. Very good value for money."
