"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."

"The room was not like the pictures at all. Kinda old, but clean. It was said that it was possible to have access to the washing machines but what they didn't told was that its just a portion of the rooms (probably the expensive ones) have access to it. But we got an amazing stay either way."

"Not staffs fault but many customers didn’t flip the sign to show that they were done with breakfast so many tables were empty but they weren’t sure if someone was still using the tables. One morning, there was a line but probably not necessary. "

"Breakfast was poor, not good value for money. coffee undrinkable. variety non existent. no urgent replenishment when food runs out. Room was the worst size I have ever experienced. Had to pay 5000 yen to upgrade to a room of usable size. Will not rate the room more than 1 out of 10. Airport shuttle only runs in the morning, had to take a taxi to get to hotel at 4pm on a weekday. "

"In the terminal, the opposite end from the International arrivals. Easy enough to find but signs aren't obvious if you're stepping off a ten hour flight "
