"Beautiful, convenient located hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming. Bakery at hotel was wonderful. My only suggestion would have more variety with the buffet breakfast -there were a lot of egg dishes that were ok and not a great variety of fruit.The sister hotel in Tokyo had an amazing buffet breakfast that included fish ,chicken ,abundance of fresh fruit. I would recommend this hotel as it was super easy to get around ,wonderful staff and exceptionally clean."

"I booked this hotel because of positive reviews... Convenient location but that's about it. Firstly, housekeeping was very sloppy. I came back to a dusty room, items on the floor by the bedside table, no amenities refilled, or cleaned yukata (despite mine was taken away). I asked twice about luggage transfer and was told to bring my luggages down for assistance. I took them down the day before checkout. I was told I had to fill out a form, which is fine, although I wish I was made aware of that because I could have completed the form at night instead of in the morning when I was trying to sightsee. I asked if they could measure and weigh my luggages but they said no, which was bizarre considering Sawaga set in the confirmation that they may charge extra if the size and weight exceeds the limit. If you have credits from a third-party booking platform, you need to ask for them specifically because I was not offered the credits when I checked in. I appreciate the coffee bar (from 10:00 a.m. onwards) but I didn't think the breakfast buffet was worth 2,800 yen. I think my experience here fell short and the service was mediocre at best."

"Great location, centrally located to all the stations and bus stops, as well as shopping centers and street markets. Staff was helpful and polite. Location provides laundry services but did not have self-service laundromat, however there are at least 2 independent self-service laundromats within 15 mins walking distance."
