They brought ice to our room immediately upon request! The bed was comfortable, and the room and bath were spacious and very clean! It was a great stay!"

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean. David/Eva"
