"The room was modern and clean.
The only issue -- the A/C is very noisy. Set both the fan & temperature to lowest setting to get the noise level down. And also plan hectic activities in city so you come back to your room exhausted able to sleep through anything. :)"

accessible to mtr and shopping mall but a little inaccessible to the rest of the place as the mtr is not directly linked to the main mtr line, got a free upgrade, good surprise for my first stay.

Not my 1st stay at Eaton. Room has improved and staff were friendly, housekeeping is great.
Guest lifts can improve further but it’s less waiting time compared to my last visit.
Will consider coming back again.

Hotel is new and so condition of room and hotel is very good. Rooms and bathrooms are of a comfortable size especially given that it is in this area of Hong Kong. Area is supposedly slight dangerous at night given the proximity to Portland street, but we did walk out to convenience stores and supermarkets late at night, and all is peaceful. Service by receptionists, housekeeping and breakfast area is friendly and prompt, which is rare in Hong Kong! Will definitely recommend this hotel. Only...

Wonderful location, been returning to this hotel ever since the first time I stayed at when they just opened. Though the rooms have some wear and tear over the years, the service, cleanliness and everything has been consistent and spectacular. Hope the property would consider to do some refreshments to the room to upkeep the furnishes.

The shuttle bus service was the main reason I chosen this hotel.
Took us quite some times to look for it at the airport even after asking for the location and direction.
As the bus only has a sign board at the front, 1st timer will not be able to notice it with out clear instruction what to look out for.
Moreover, we were told to wait between bay 9 to 15. Which caused more confusion.
