They didn't take out the rubbish from the previous people who stayed in the room, which stunk out the room once we opened the cupboard where it was located. The smell didn't go away even after we took it out. There were broken and loose tiles coming up from the bathroom floor. There were spider webs all up around the sky light too.

Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother for them. The cabin was well set out, clean and comfortable. The park was nice and quiet and very well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Price, lovely location.
The cabin was comfortable, however we were in a dual cabin (shared wall and verandah) with young children beside us which made a quiet Sunday sleep in almost impossible after a night out. On the plus side, the air con in the loungeroom area worked great, so did the fridge. But a ceiling in bedroom would have been ideal in the hot conditions of the North Coast of NSW.. Some of the lights throughout the cabin did not work, leaving the bedroom and loungeroom fairly dimly lit. Overall, a good experience nice park, well maintained outdoors, lovely staff, and we will definitely stay again.

Basic but relaxing
One bedroom cabin well maintained had most of what you would want only complaint would be the bed had awful roll together good job I like my wife!! The pans could do with a better clean but other than that a nice comfortable place to stay nice and quiet. Staff were nice and friendly

The cabin was perfect for myself and my two children. It was so nice and clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool was always immaculate, and there was no riffraff in the park, which is important when travelling with children. Only downside is of course the noise from the highway which is close and the couple of flooded cabins that are still on site, but neither of this was a huge concern to us. Definitely returning.

The cabins had extremely comfortable beds! Though the cabins look small from the outside they are very spacious and many creature comforts they others don't always have. Like air-conditioning. Will be looking to stay again in the future

Cabin was clean and had good kitchen facilities. The bed was uncomfortable with 2 people in it, kept rolling into the middle. It is a bit far out of town for those travelling without a car. Despite a no noise between 10pm-7am notice, I was woken before 6am one morning by very noisy next door neighbors having a loud lengthy conversation on their verandah, yelling across the path to each other. Not the cabin management fault but still annoying!

Disappointing! Could not get any wifi in our Cabin the entire stay and had to physically walk to the Guest Lounge area by Reception to use the internet. The room smelled mouldy and there were lots of spider webs in the skylight in our cabin.

The park is stuck between motorway and 2 busy roads so it is a very noisy place to be! I was given a cabin that was not refurbished except for bed, TV and floor just because I paid a better price. Situated behind the fence of a very noisy and busy road, no garden view, my space had big dog poops that I picked up, the fridge was broken, tap was not working (was even told by manager that it was because the bench top was rotten underneath so it was not holding it..) full of webs on the skylight and walls, dead roach.. dirty, I asked to be moved to another one as I had booked for 7 nights!! Seemed I was annoying but after discussing I swapped to a better refurbished cabin (broken table, fridge was swapped so probably the one that was there was not working either, the cupboard was hanging by 2 bits instead of 4, the security screen did not work and, same as the other cabin I was in before, the electric 2 burner stove which was the cooking facility except microwave, had to b placed on top of the sink with cord behind tap… to be able to cook or prepare food on the very small bench that was left next to microwave… how dangerous I had to access and run the tap behind pots full of boiling water… water snd electricity is never a great mix!! (I have photos)… There are lots of people traveling and stopping there for 1 night or 2 because it’s close to M1… despite it is 15 mins walk to the beach it is not a good place to b for 7 days! What u advertised about it is not true.

We stayed in C01 cabin. Very clean and spacious. Self contained but just missing a few basic items (salad/mixing bowls, veggie peeler, chopping board). Maybe even pop in a 2 plate, plug in electric stove top (did have electric fry pan). Highly recommend.

The whole place is very dated Our cabin was one of 3 joined together in a circular fashion I think one must have a mezzanine floor (very odd design) so was very noisy Canvas cushion placed on the bed was very mouldy Dishes had been put away very wet - looked like they’d just been rinsed & put in the cupboard I had to clean a few for us to use - no detergent provided so I had to use shampoo Microwave was grubby There was a separate 2 burner cooktop but I couldn’t use it as the microwave took up most of the bench space and that was the only (double) power point anyway so it was a case of either/or not both Bathroom cupboard door was almost off it’s hinges & the handle was rusty The fridge door dragged on the floor and the freezer box was iced up (luckily we didn’t need it) The curtains were hung inside out (so seams etc faced inwards) No nets or blinds so no privacy It rained during the night and there was a time topped table on the balcony (no cover) so the noise of rain hitting the table was pretty loud (not their fault but annoying) And the drain in the bathroom floor was very smelly Definitely wouldn’t stay there again

Good position for us.clean and well presented. The power outlet in the kitchen is broken and dangerous as the wiring is exposed. Also the tap in the kitchen is leakin g from the top and is running off the drain board then on to the bench. Bedroom needs side lamp as the floro is way too bright

Nice Unit
Nice night at Ingenia Holiday park. Little hard to find unit as we arrived late and map a little confusing but once sorted we loved our unit. Very comfortable and nicely appointed accommodation. Very quiet and a very nice stay
