"Was a nice place to stay. Was disappointed that the beach only looks like it does at high tide. Low tide tide goes straight out and is just rock and coral. Full tide still need to be careful as rock and coral still there. Wasnโt quite what I was expecting from the photos. Pools lovely. Cocktails were not very nice. Breakfast buffet was average. But great location to many restaurants"

"The property was beautiful. Right near the beach. Chef, managers and hospitality went out of their way to provide an excellent service. I would recommend to add a mini trampoline to the gym. A stand alone sauna and steam room (to use as part of the facilities without payment would be very beneficial)."

"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Donโt get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didnโt quite get a feel for a premium hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful and extremely well maintained and clean. Views from the room are great looking right at the bay and Mt Agung. Food is very good also especially the satay. The tough part about the hotel is the road to get there along with many of the roads in Penida. There is dirt path to walk into town and it only takes 4-5 minutes."

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"It was a great 3 night stay in the jungle. We are surrounded by the forests and friendly little animals. The view was astonishing and we have had our best sleep ever as the natural noise. Donโt need alarm anymore as we will naturally woke up by the sunshine through the window. It is a great place for us to embrace the nature and restore a peaceful mind and get recharged. I would definitely recommend ! And friendly staff as well. Thanks for everything."

"What a great little hotel. We had two seaview rooms. Our rooms and balconies were spacious and had plenty of seating options. Where are rooms were, we were literally almost on the beach. And we had excellent views of the ocean. Across the street, they had a great pool, and a bar. And beachfront, they had a restaurant. What made our stay so great was the staff. Every single person that worked there, whether it was the bartender, the front desk staff, the Bell hops, the cleaning crew, or the restaurant employees, they were all so incredibly nice, very sweet, and accommodating. I have never had such friendly staff at a hotel. We will definitely be back."
