"If was "fine" but was generally not well looked after. Toilet cistern held so little water i had to fill up a bucket to flush. Pedal bin broken. Light in wardrobe on all night - shining a beam of light through the gap between the doors, directly onto my face. "

"We booked a superior room specifically for the air conditioning, but unfortunately the room never cooled properly. We had experienced a similar issue during a previous stay but decided to give the hotel another chance because the food was good and the gym was adequate. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. We reported it the next morning, and although someone came to assist, it was not resolved. That evening, the temperature remained the same. We were eventually moved to another room late at night, which also had the same issue, and were then offered a different room at an additional charge. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably during our stay. We addressed this with staff multiple times, including at checkout, but no resolution was provided. Aside from the air conditioning issues and lack of resolution, the food was good and the gym was adequate, which we appreciated."
