"We made a booking through this site and finally ended up searching for a new stay almost at 10 pm with a 2 years kid and old parents. There were no rooms available when we get there. So that we had to take another stay for higher price even though we reserved the room before months through this platform and we had the booking confirmation from hotels.com Horrible experience. Not a reliable option to book a hotel via this app."
