The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. However they did miss making one of the beds when they cleaned the room."

"The property was OK. The location was exceptional being just steps away from universal entrance. When you arrive by taxi or Uber, they drop you off downstairs and do not have any proper signage stating check-in is actually one floor up. The rooms are incredibly spacious however one warning the mattresses are the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept in in my life. Luckily, they’re not lumpy, but they are hard as a rock. I would not spend more than one evening at this property."

"Staff at hotel was very friendly. Room was clean, and housekeeping was fantastic. Location was supreme being right in city walk. They have a candy and drink welcome for guests from 2 - 9 which the kids love. Universal City Station was 2 min away as well, very convenient. Would definitely stay there again and recommend. "
