"There are a some old parts, but the room is large enough. Employees are friendly, and morning buffet tastes good, so this is a good hotel as a whole."
"Had a very good experience at this hotel.....we arrived very early in the morning, around 6:30 am, exhausted and very sleepy, and the staff very graciously let us rest in a room from 9:00 am until our room was ready. They were also very helpful in restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you for making our stay with you so comfortable."

"Fantastic base for Hanoi.
While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old.
Laundry and kitchenette available.
Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail.
Staff are very obliging - helpful.

"Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up.
Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! "
"My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. Btw, my wife loved how clean the towels are and their pleasant scent. We got our questions answered quickly and it is very helpful to us. We recommend it. You will be happy because of the quality and the affordable price ๐๐๐"
