"Located in a quiet area, the room was kept very clean (though housekeeping seemed to come in every 2 days) and equipped with basic kitchen utensils. Lift is available. Instruction for self-checkin was easy to understand."

"Pictures didn’t match the rooms. Please be aware that the sunlight coming from the windows in the photos is not accurate. There was no comforter on the bed. Just a dirty mattress and sheets. This hotel should be a lot cheaper and needs to update their photos to accurately reflect what the rooms actually look like. "

The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The room was very clean and new, good shower pressure, TV with Netflix and YouTubr, and working AC. "
