"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. "Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!"
