"The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the room was very clean. Dinner and breakfast are great and with enough privacy. The onsen facilities were also enjoyable. The only drawback is that there isn’t a convenience store nearby. In general, this is a great hotel but only for road trip travelers."

Room is considerably big compared with similar Japanese chain hotels, establishment seems new hence all is still in well maintained condition, check in and out is relatively a breeze.

Room is spacious with a in-room jackpot and media player with sound system. Great city views. Hotel has ample free parking and within reasonable walking distance to JR station, Wakayama castle and nearby shopping and eating spots. Lawson is just 5min walk away. There is no elevator, hence we'll have to carry our luggage up the stair.
