"Good place to stay but a little bit faraday from the city centre. After get use to use the public transport, it’s ok. Staff has limited English, safe area. "
"This is a stunning hotel. Large rooms, park like grounds, a beautiful (albeit small) outdoor pool and a beautifully furnished breakfast restaurant really do set this hotel right up there with the best. The rooms are well furnished with quality furnishings, and are fastidiously presented. "

"The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Good supply of amenities in bathroom.
Beds super comfortable.
Amazing shower!
Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary.
Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol. "
"I loved staying at this hotel. After a long flight, we stepped out ot the taxi to the warmest welcome from the staff who made us feel like VIP's from the start. We were given arrival drinks and cold face towels to cool and refresh ourselves. The room was spotless and luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel. I wanted to take my pillow with me! We ate at Vertigo on our first night which was expensive but worth it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. Again, the service was perfect. The door staff were also very friendly and helpful, even haggling with a taxi driver on our behalf ensure we didn't pay over the going rate. I highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone, it was a very special experience I will always remember. "
