"Super clean. Spacious room and everything worked well. The shower, the whirlpool, all great. Very quiet building considering we were downtown on a Saturday night. They even included a Coupon for breakfast and a coffee shop coupon. That was a cool surprise! The bad: the attendant I called at the hotel was a bit snarky with me regarding a late check in and continually referred me to an email I should have gotten prior to arrival, and was hesitant to field my questions; ac/heat unit was very loud...
