"Was very convenient for me since I was connecting with another fly. Got there tired and everyone was wonderful, I was able to have dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent. My room was very nice and clean. Sleep like a baby!"

"Checked in at 2:50pm and given a room on the second floor. The room was clean and the TV worked well but doesn’t have many channels. The WiFi works well. A didnt like the fact the shower over the bath and the shower has poor water pressure. The air cooling system worked as not so hot outside in October The location is poor and very noisy and sadly the Tesco has closed near the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which is good. Overall it’s not bad value for money."

"Convenient to access from the airport terminal 4. Rooms were clean, common areas were a little worn. Breakfast was great. No extra amenities like pool or gym"

"The reception staff and daily clean staff were very nice. Parking was limited but very acceptable. The room was very aged, worn carpet and paint. It was no doubt at its peak 30 years ago and perhaps a 5 star hotel in its era, but with minimal maintenance as this obviously has received, it’s going to look worn and tired. This makes me consider, if an 8 story hotel is charging good money per night, it would be reasonable for routine maintenance and refurbishment over time. All in all. A good stay albeit the room and public areas are run down."
