"Staff were excellent. Really helpful and friendly. The rooms could be cleaner, we had some cobwebs. The furniture is pretty old as well with stains. Overall it is an old hotel that could use a makeover but still pretty nice."

"Most of the features of the old, grand version of the hotel are mothballed. The property seems to be bleeding money from the new owner. The room was fine, updated, but everything was empty... no minibar, no water, no coffee, nada. $21 for 2 bottles of water in the gift shop, and $50 per day of 'resort fee'. I would make another choice; this is an old, grey mare of a hotel now."

"This was my second time staying at The Palm, and I loved it just as much as I did before. I got a great room with a view of the mountains. The food and drinks that I had onsite were amazing!!! The Ghostbar was FANTASTIC!!!! Just overall, a treat experience. "

"Booked at short notice, but a great find and a great price. Very spacious apartment on the ground floor. Really well equipped for cooking. Two lovely swimming pools, secured gate access at night and converted parking which s excellent. Highly recommended."
